Refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY IS VALID WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT ACTIVATION.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
1. Before purchasing a lifetime license, it is recommended to purchase a monthly subscription to make sure that you are satisfied with the HUD/popup package. In the future, if you decide to purchase a lifetime license, you will only have to pay the difference. Please note that if you do not use the monthly subscription and buy a LifeTime license immediately, you will not be able to get a refund.
2. Return of goods is not provided by the SELLER except for cases when the BUYER cannot use the Goods for technical reasons. In this case, the cost of Goods may be refunded on the condition that the BUYER will first provide the SELLER with access to his or her computer through TeamViewer and give the SELLER an opportunity to check all the settings. After the TeamViewer check, the BUYER is obliged to send logs to the technical support of the software at support@hand2note.com, and if the technical support does not discover the reasons of the failure, the SELLER shall return the money to the BUYER in full within 15 working days from the date of the inspection.
3. Refunds are possible:
a) If the BUYER has paid by mistake two or more times.
b) If the product has not yet been activated (in this case, a 15% commission will be charged for the return)
